Thought this looked decent. I'm not a big fan of cottage cheese, but maybe if I used enough horse radish.....

Angeled Eggs
1 serving
boil eggs, as many as you would like. let them cool. when cooled, peel off shell and take off yolk, just like you do for deviled eggs. cut eggs in half. in a small bowl combine a couple spoonfuls of cottage cheese with horseradish and paprika. spoon into eggs and enjoy!!

thats an idea man. but i'm the opposite of you. i don't mind the cottage cheese, but i can't really stand horse radish. maybe if ya make with one of those flavored cottage cheeses? like the garlic and herb one or something like that. ah, i'll be bored on sunday. i'll probably end up messing around with it. thanks for the idea.

It's not so much the taste of the cottage cheese, as it is the texture... Something about those slimy chunks in the cream....

Try tabasco sauce or worstershire instead of the horse radish....

That sounds good too! What is the fat/carb content of the average hummis? I am working on shedding all the weight I put on from my 13+ week stint in the hospital bed, over the holidays...

Regardless of sounding weird... MAYO IS A BIG JAR OF FAT.... Not the healthiest approach out there....

yep Mayo is a big jar of fat...but depends on the persons body-style as well...

Also...it makes me happy because they have fat-free mayo...only 15 calories for 2 tbl spoons...thats awesome...gotta have mayo for the damn tuna.

Horshradish is what separates the men from the boys. I used to take spoonfuls of it when I was a kid just to see how much I could handle until I cried. Clears up the sinuses too. I'll definately try this recipe!
