I used to eat spaghetti and tuna in my early days. Now I eat mostly chicken and red meat. But now I'm lazy and just eat it straight out of the can. Yummy

I tried a variation of this tonight. I used a light mayo w/ only 2g of fat. I used a snack size container of applesauce (no sugar added) a few raisins and some pepper and mixed it up and ate it straight out of the bowl. It didn't look too appetizing at first, but it covered the tuna taste fairly well and kept it healthy... So it gets my thumbs up! Thanks Clae!

Otherwise, I will eat it out of the can, or during bulking I'll rinse it real good, put it in brown rice and smother it all with really spicy tomato sauce. That way I can pretend it's chicken or something.... I can only eat so much tuna before I start to get sick of it.....

For me, its usually just right of the can, but lately i've been adding Cajun spice and steak spice, and maybe a dash of garlic spice to it, works for me!

I wanna shake the hand of whoever developed the new tuna pouch thing... I think it tastes much better than tuna in a can, and is the perfect portion of protein (45 g) and no rinsing is required!

i usually eat it out of the can. cover the top of the can with texas pete sometimes.

tuna+texas pete on whole wheat toast
and
1-2cans tuna, 1 tub LF Cottage cheese, 1 cup of minced olives.. real low carbs side from the lactose in the cottage cheese.

bout the only 3 ways ill eat tuna. Im pretty scared of mayo.

A Trucker friend of mine gave me a case of can tuna from Italy. The tuna sits in virgin olive oil. That I eat out of the can.Starkist and other brands taste too dry.Other wise I'll eat it anyway it's fixed.Stuffed in tomatoes is cool too.
