Ingredients For Cake
1/2 cup Liquid Egg Whites
1/2 cup Gaspari Myofusion Cinnamon Roll Protein Powder
1/8 cup Oat Flour or Instant Buckwheat
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 Whole Egg

Ingredients For Frosting
1/2 cup Vanilla Whey
1/2 cup of 0% or 2% Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Sugar-free Maple Syrup
Topping
1 tbsp Cinnamon
2 chopped Brazil nuts, or chopped Walnuts or Pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 390 degrees F.

Blend all ingredients for cake together.

Pour batter into a large brownie pan. (I like to use silicone bake ware.) Bake for 10-15 minutes.

When the cake is done, you'll notice it's pretty flat-kind of like a pancake-this is what we want. Allow cake to cool.

While cake is cooling, mix all ingredients for frosting in a bowl.

After cake is cooled, slice it into three or four strips and then coat each strip with frosting. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Be sure to leave some frosting for topping.

Roll each cake strip to create the cinnamon roll.

Top each roll with the rest of the frosting, nuts, and cinnamon.

Sounds good. My girl is going to make these this evening. We've been trying to go out of the norm for cooking and really try some new stuff. I'll take a picture and let you all know how it tastes.

Sure, i made some protein oatmeal cranberry cookies with walnut and tried to make them as healthy as possible. So i could enjoy a snack with out wrecking my diet.

Pre heat oven: 350degrees.
1 stick Fleischmann's butter-made with olive oil and sea salt (much lower in saturated fat and fewer calories)
3/4 cup natural brown sugar
1/2 cup stevia( natural zero calorie sweetener)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups whey protein isolate
1/2 all purpose flower
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 cups 100% natural whole oats
1 cup walnuts
1 cup natural dried cranberries(no sugar added)
it sounds like alot, but its not..super easy to make and they taste awesome..even(non healthy) friends and co-workers enjoyed my "healthy" versions. SO when your sweet tooth is kickin try these!

Sounds really good. Will have to try these soon. I'm not usually a big fan of walnuts, but anything new, I'm down to give a try.
