I have been back at the weights for a while, and I am no where near to big, but I am showing good improvements... although I have about 15 pounds of stubborn fat I need to get rid of.....
anyone ever try yohimburn or the topical fat burners.... have been researching on the internet, but as usual there are only good comments and no mention of any side effects/ downfalls....
