I agree on the sleep. You have to get enough sleep. I lived off of 4-5 hours a night for 5-6 years and I really believe the lack of sleep was my demise. If I don't get enough sleep my headaches are extreme and I can't function. Unfortunately, some nights (such as last night) no matter what I take or try, I can't fall asleep and then I can't get up in the morning. Now I'm feeling the effects today.

I can't stress the importance of sleep with adrenal fatigue.

well at the moment I sleep around 11pm and wake up at 8:30-8:45am. sometimes I'd wake up during the middle of the night for a brief moment or so. College is starting and I hope I don't end up sleeping at like 1am-2am. I sleep better if I do cardio, walking or swimming on that day. really relaxes me. One of the biggest problems I faced was working on the pC for the majority of the time. really messes me up.

Your sleep schedule looks ok to me. Much better than mine used to. What I would recommend first of all is just to take a week to 10 day break from working out and ALL cardio besides a walk here or there. Try to get some sunlight and see how you feel. Keep up the nutrition. And if you can, get a saliva cortisol test (or adrenal kit) from canary club or genova diagnostics and see how your doing.

If you get further progressed to levels like im at, its almost too late. or at least to late to make minor adjustments and start easing your body into it.

Also start looking into supps for relaxation and such and just relax.

Thanks for the advice. will definiely try it out. so you had quite a severe case I understand. Did you take any adrenal medications?

By the way, for the last couple of days I've been waking up at around 7:45am and I feel much better than if I wake up at 8:30 or 8:45am

Ive been hit pretty hard, but i started thrashing by body hard at 18 when i started cuting after football for a contest and got into bodybuilding the wrong way. Im now on HRT, 1 grain armour thyroid, isocort (cortisol) full dosing and probably will switch to Cortef, plus I take ashwagandha and pretty much the whole list of supplements on the first page. I will be adding licorice because I think part of my problem is when I have cortisol so i need to even things out a bit.

I can tell ya more of my story if intersted via PM..
