I prefer a creatine ethyl ester because I believe that it breaks down easier and can be utilized much better in the body. There is still much controversy on the topic. For example...creatine monohydrates versus creatine ethyl esters. Once your body reaches the point of saturation, that's all your going to hold. The point is to get to that point and keep it there. If you don't mind spending an extra twenty dollars for a kilo of c.e.e., get it. If you are watching your funds, get the creatine monohydrate. It will do just fine. I personally get my creatine from TrueProtein.com.

I saw the pack thing...and I'm not sure. That's a new thing with TrueProtein. I will look into that. I bought mine in a 2.5 pound protein container, and it was filled with 2 kilos of the c.e.e. I would recommend 5-10 grams of creatine at the midpoint of a workout ideally. Taking it at the end would work also. I take 2 grams of l-arginine twenty minutes prior to a workout, and 1 gram at my 3/4 point. I get mine from GNC in capsul form.

so with the creatine would i only take it once a day at the mid point of my workout...or take that amount everyday? more than once a day?

I only supplement creatine on the days that I train. Keep in mind that when you eat meats, you are getting sources of creatine.

yea it kinda seemed rediculous when you see the creatine supps at stores its like take 5 scoops twice a day etc....

I recommend "fsi nutrition" "creatine edge." I have taken dozens of brands of creatine over the last ten years. I find this one to not only be the best for me, but also one of the cheapest, easiest to dissolve, most convenient/effective dosing, and best tasting.

That's marketing for you. They want you to use more of their product, waste the product, and buy more of the product.

Bah...why are you taking advice from Bio? Has he shown you the pics from his latest show? Here was his "most muscular" pose. Hahahaha.

p.s. - Bio is one of the best at helping and advising. He's also nice enough to give his time and answer questions like this. Listen to what he's got to say. You can't go wrong.......But about that pic...

yea bio, that's why i never really bought any of that stuff i like the 5 day "creatine loading" they have, lol. i'll definately be picking this stuff up next week though...see how i like creatine+nitro+l arginine combo

No explode is all you need. They try to sell u CELLMASS/NITRIX as a stack....waste of money. My boy did all 3, NO EXPLODE works , other two waste $$$.

I'm on my 3rd week of NO EXPLODE. Gives me great energy/PUMPS still.

Sides still for me is diarreah and bad dreams.

Are you joking? I have never heard of anything remotely close to this being true. You may want to do a complete overhaul on your diet. I would highly recommend changing that or taking a closer look.

I have been a No-Xplode user for a while and this article made me see more of the science of things.

Would taking L-Argine, Nitro-Explosion, and cell mass pre workout be an effective stack.

Also then cell mass post?
