Hi all,
my diet is made from suggestions seen on this forum,
-huge breakfast + multi vitamin
-cottage cheese or protien
-lunch + omega 3,6,9
-tuna can + fruit or wieght gainer
-dinner
-post workout protien shake.
-weight gainer before bed.

now I use nitro tech protien or optimum Nutrition after workouts.
Allmax Nutrition QuickMass is my wieght gainer.

do I need amino pills or bcaa pills or do I get enough aminos from my shakes?

Thanks,
James

I feel that if your getting enough good quality protein than you don't need to add BCAAs. You did not say what shakes you are using & only mentioned some of your whole food protien sources.

if your bulking, i would suggest to move to cottage cheese to bed time. digests slow and keeps your muscles frd while you sleep.. it works wonders for me..

Storm : I did actually 😉 nitro tech protien or optimum Nutrition when I can't get enough food in and post workout.
and Allmax Nutrition QuickMass (wieght gainer) before bed.

Mighty: I will start doing that thanks.

Bump... cottage cheese or a slow releasing caseinate protein drink before bed, use the whey conc / iso 1st thing in the morning and post workout :lift
