has nothing to do with me--thank prolangum for reminding alot of people about reality and truth and how it applies to this sport, and thank that powerlifter for showing all these people in the bodybuilding community that worry constantly about useless overanalytical things that when all is said in done "the absolute strongest you can make yourself (at whatever rep range) and according to your genetic potential will result in the highest degree of muscle mass your body can hold (according to your genetic potential)"

Ive said it before and ill say it again---ive seen many a powerlifter who caught a great deal of crap for being "fat" offseason by bbers diet down and absolutely destroy bodybuilders in a bodybuilding show. How would you like to be in minnesota this year and thinking your a bad ass bodybuilder going for the 2005 Mr Minnesota, thinking your going to destroy everyone with your flushing and bombing pump workouts and powerlifter Andy Fiedler shows up and ABSOLUTELY CRUSHES YOU AND EVERYRONE ELSE OFF THE STAGE. Might be time to put down the one arm pulley row to isolate the upper right quadrant of section 3a of your lat (joke) and start deadlifting.

Think that might be the traps of someone who deadlifts?

If anyone can find a pic of ARNOLD COLEMAN, a powerlifter, do it. He is also just outrageous to look at.

a lotta muscle on Andy, but Holy God, is he ugly.

A lot of former powerlifters turned bodybuilders have a different look to them than most bodybuilders. Im not sure how to describe it, "dense muscles" maybe....Guys like Dave Henry(although he attained this look more recently), of course Ronnie, Branch Warren, Mike Francois, etc...

This thread should be a sticky; it's the best one I've seen (so far) that totally reinforces DC's methods and gives you the pictures to prove it.

Extremely motivational. He clearly knows his shit about dieting as well. To keep that much muscle on a diet is no mean feat. To those asking about his lifts, he said his bench (shirted) dropped from 700 to 635... Is that all?

Ever heard deadlifting and squats builds a big waist? Think we can prove that one wrong with those pics!

I think this could be the difference of Myofibrillar hypertrophy and sarcoplasmic hypertrophy.
