Hey Bros,

I have been on Atkins, this is the 7th week, I have stayed on Induction the whole time, I finally took 2 days off and ate some normal food then went back on. I havent weighed this week like I was supposed to. Last I checked I'm 25 lbs down. I'll weigh tomorrow or today and find out how much further until goal weight. I just wanted to know what you all think about this diet etc, and I'm assuming that the stomach fat is the last fat you'll lose? Thanks Bros. If anyone has any tips or any other input that would be great, oh by the way the entire time I've been on this diet I've been drinking vodka and diet every weekend and am still losing weight. I also work out 3-5 times a week, 12 - 15 reps, trying to burn fat and build stamina right now. Thanks again bros...any nat sups to take, only taking multi vitamin, aspirin, milk thistle...eating the same breakfast 5times a week for now almost 7 weeks, two orders of scrambled eggs and two sausages from mcdonalds...alot of times I have grilled chicken breasts (2) with cheese for lunch...or some other meat with something like bacon or cheese or both on it....lunch about the same shit all around for almost 7 weeks now. Thanks bros.

Thanks everyone, still going at it until I've reached my goal which is to hit 10% at least. I think I'm going to go on only fish for the next 2 weeks at least....

Thanks again everyone,

Biggn

congrats man! sounds like its working great for you. when i tried it, i had great success as well but just found it very inconvienient. one thing that was kinda good about it was that after a while, my whole view of food changed. i no longer had cravings for crap food, i stopped seeing food as something i "enjoyed". dont' get me wrong, i still loved to eat, its just that i would eat only what i was supposed to eat when i was supposed to eat it. it got to the point where i woudlnt' feel like i was being deprived of anything and wasn't missing out on anything... i actually got to the point where if i would eat candy or sweets i'd actually feel the sugar rush followed by the insulin spike. i really liked it. only reason i gave it up was due to the fact that it was really inconvienient for me at the time.

I know exactly what your saying bro...the same is going for me...its actually quite awesome, sometimes there are some inconviences, like when I go to my parents and they have something cooking I cant have or I'm doing some work for my Dad outside and they order pizza...shittty but its all about self control ya know...I'm going to basically live on fish related things for the next couple weeks...tuna in a can YUMMY, but it'll rip you up right 😀
