We do those here at school but we have large sand bags which works the forearm ever harder. I know it would be tough to get a hold of some sand bags but if you want to do the "walk" I highly recommend using bags, you wont go back.

I assume this belongs to another thread..... Seems to be alot of people doing this lately... I know accidents happen... But try and pay a little closer attention to make sure you are hitting the "reply" button, not starting a new thread......

Show, not a problem, just reminding everyone...... No point in debating which button you hit...... lol..... I just wanted to know what this belonged to so i could follow along....... 😉
