My girlfriend is 19 years old, 5 foot 10 and about 167lbs. She would really love to lose some fat.

I was thinking of giving her some of my Xenadrines and telling her to cut back on her Carbs.

Any info would be appreciated

Quick short post.

Tell her to slowly cut back on her calories, and do cardio everyday if she's that determined.

A low carb(less than 100grams/ed) high protien diet combined with proper exercise should do her nicely.

Try this:
200g protien
alternate 50g/100g carb
15g fat/day

Have her keep a food journal. Is she weight training? Get her to understand that muscle will help her to stay lean and she won't get "big". Cardio a must. I find that one hour three times a week works better than 1/2 hour every day. As far as the xenedrine...go for it! Have her follow the directions and warn her to drink atleast 1 gal of water a day (cryastal light is a good subsitute). Good luck!

1.Get her to start lifting weights... I lost 70 lbs of fat by lifting..cause you turn the fat into muscle..Muscle burns more calories per day..

2. WATER!! a least a gallon a day..

3. Low carb.,.high protein

4.Cardio..i found morning cardio on a empty stomach help me lose more fat than cardio at like 4 pm or so...

Since most chicks love going to the gym and ride the bikes or run on the tred mills all the time just tell her to go and run her heart out.

Hit the weights hard.. the added muscle will speed up her metabolism.. that with a good diet will do wonders..
