What is your favorite bump and run cycle?
I have ran an eight week small cycle,
Test Prop 100
Anavar 50
Winny 50
For a small bump and run, the gains where pretty good!

6 wk blast of
Test Prop- 100mg ED
Winny 75 Mgs ED
TNE-150 MGS On 3 major Workout days wk
Halo-25mgs on WO days.

How do you define "bump and run"? I've never heard the term before, but I like the sounds of this :thinking:

Short cycles that produce quality mass, I think is how I would define "bump and run"

I'm on:
1-8 200mg Test Prop EOD (~700)
1-7 350mg NPP EOD (~1050)
1-3 50mg Dbol ED
6-8 2mg Methyltren ED (Maybe gonna leave this one out)
So far so good =)

I would like to try 8 weeks of:
Test Prop 50mg/day
Tren Ace 75mg/day
In fact, this may be my next cycle.

After seeing some logs with Tren Ace in it with the gains these gentlemen are making, I'm inclined to agree with you

How far into this are you NBY, be very curious about that methyl tren if you decided to run it.
