So, I've decided to start a log tracking my progress into competing at the end of 2025. My goals are to attain a bodyweight of 250 at 5'11" at around 12-13% solid. Depending on how fast that comes will decide how late I compete next year(shooting for Jay Cutler Baltimore Classic). I would also like to win my class in an open show next year as well.
I have been training under John meadows Mountaindog program and will continue too. I plan on using him for my prep next year as well. I am not sponsored by British Dragon but I will be using there gear exclusively from here on out. I'm really hoping this thread has some good input and discussion from everyone.
Currently I am sitting at 5'11" 245lb at about 15%, 4 pack:). For the next 11 weeks I will be running:

500mg EQ
1.25mg letro mon, wed, fri
25mcg t3 ED

I like your cycle and am jealous of your tren use... I kill to many peeps on it so have to find other gearz that don't make me crae!
