Definitely. I think I was labeling this as "site enhancement" rather than inflammation because, while the area was a little swollen, there wasn't much pain associated with it.

Yup, certain fast acting steroids seem to give this effect especially if they are in oil. I imagine if you injected Suspension there would be a bit more pain.
Try pinning 3cc's of Test Prop in each delt and holy shit you will see growth fast....but mostly temporary...
