Ok. Thanks. I know everyone says eat 1.5 gram protein per pound of bodyweight. I weigh 255 probably 20% bf. and I eat around 220-25- grams. Around 2800 calories and do 30 min. cardio a day after training, seems like i just grow not lean out.??
Clen will only lean you out if you're at a deficit.
2800 is a good number for exercise days.
For "off" days when you don't do the exercise, have a lower calorie number, and keep taking the clen

You could eat maintenance and let clen make the deficit. At 20% you shouldn't be looking at anything other than your food and cardio to lower your bodyfat.

2 days on, 2 days off also does the trick (Clen has a long half-life, the benefits of it can still be felt in the off days)
or 6 weeks on (with ketotifen), 2 weeks off.
I prefer ECA. It murders my appetite. With clen I'm always starting and muscle cramping.
