Slammer & others,
I see in the search archives t3 might not be a wise idea for older lifters due to thyroid stress. I'd like your opinion on this.

I was surprised at how much fat I put on during my last cycle and it's being a bitch to get off. Considering making T3 a part of my next cycle.

Bone :pisser: :cardio:

It is safe if you respect it. I run it to my needs. If cutting, I run it for up to 30 days. I have a very different pyramid than most but it works for me. I also do not run it as high as many do. I run it longer if running HGH but at a very low sustained dose.

I will post some of my previous cycles with it later, let's see what else gets offered.

Personally I'm not a fan of T3. QOD is experimenting with gugglesterone as this supplement in the right dose will cause a greater conversion of your natural T4 to the active T3. It appears to be working as QOD is holding her bodyweight while eating just about anything she comes in contact with.

At any rate it's certainly a consideration if you don't want to run a synthetic T3, and run the risk of down regulating your own natural production.

Just out of interest what are you following as far as diet, cardio, training, ECAs etc goes?

From what I've read regarding down regulating thyroid it just doesn't happen. It actually causes a permament increase in thyroid output.

I'm going to be running it at 25mcg ED for 30-40 days in my cutting cycle. I've been told by a few to use lower doses for longer. That way it doesnt screw with the thyroid to much.

25mcd is good for a bulking cycle.. it improves nutrient uptake.. I find the best way to use T3 is to slowly taper up until you start feeling warm.. stick to that dose for a few weeks then take twice as long to taper off.. I've only used liquid versions.. never certain that they are dosed accurately but if htey are I gone as high as 125mcg per day..
