I hope for people to post up what they just ate. Try and get some new ideas for different types of food.
I'll start this off... Since I was cutting all winter I had a major change today.
I haven't have Mcdonalds in 6 months.
2 Steak, egg, and cheese
1 Egg and cheese Mcgriddle
3 hash browns
2 large OJ's

A few days a week I hit Dunkin Donuts and get 4 or 5 bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps with a side of hash browns and OJ. Killer breakfast bro.

Last nights dinner...
10oz Salmon
1 Cup steamed broc
1 Cup brown rice - cook it in chicken stock instead of water so you cut down on salt when you season it. rinse it off in a strainer, put it in the pot and cover it by about an inch with chicken stock. put a few cloves of fresh whole garlic in and let it cook about 30 mins. you can chop up some fresh herbs and mix it in if you want to try something different. i personally like cilantro.
Breakfast today
6 Egg whites
1 Cup of oatmeal with cinnamon
1 Apple
8oz of OJ
