ok the low carb thing just isn't good for me. im thinking moderate carbs 120-180 with 1.1-1.5 protien per pound of body weight and 60-100 fat. im 207 20%bf. was 280 40% 2 years ago. i'm not in a hurry just want to slowly recomp. was going to eat 500 calories below maintence levels. i'm on a 300mg test e per week. (naturaul was real low)

High protein, medium carbs, medium fat - that plan sounds all right. Doing low carb for a long time anyway is difficult, even with the occasional cheat day. 400-500 is a good largish deficit at 20% BF, just make sure you're counting calories exactly, and eat just above maintenance on lifting days, but not all-cardio days (so you can continue growing, as you're on recomp).

I highly urge you to get a good AI (such as aromasin or arimidex) because you seem to be cycling long-term and have 20% bodyfat. It's far easier for the testosterone to convert to estrogen when bodyfat is higher.

Best of luck with the plan.

Out of curiosity, what was your natural test level?

Natural test was 270 and 380 3 months apart. Using fomeron and e2 was 27 and test was 976 last blood work but I was taking more test then I believe it wasn't properly dosed. Two weeks ago I changed to a supposed hg grade test and will have more bloodwork in a couple weeks. I'm following protocol so I can compare, but I can tell by way im feeling and performing in gym the new stuff is better. And im a lifer at this point really feel 1000% better. I hit 385 on squat yesterday for 3 and good ones down to bench touch and back up. Bench still weak but improving 245x6 just started back on deadlift 315x2 but will get better.

What kind of cutting experiences have you had in the past? You may just have genetically inefficient fat cells. It sucks.. but it happens. :/
