yep....do the dbol for 4 weeks......and .... 4 weeks isnt long enough for equipoise.....IMO.....I'd run it for 8-10 wks.....YYZ

Actually, Arimidex raises IGF-1 ........... Nolvadex lowers IGF-1, which is why Nolvadex is said to hinder gains....YYZ
