I was just wondering if canned salmon was just as good for you as tuna?If so, do yall have any recipes for it?
I only eat fresh salmon.
I don't know about the quality of protein, but the healthy fats in salmon make salmon my fish of choice. You're not supposed to eat too much of it because of mercury levels. I don't know how much you can eat though.
