1 or 2 body parts?
Its kind of a novice question but, I’ve been changing my routine regularly, and have see good gains from that alone. Im wondering if I should only work one body part a day or should I stick to my 2 body parts a day. I’ll show you my routine maybe you guys a tweak it a little.
Day 1- back, lats/legs
(twice a week)
Personally, I can't seem to find enough energy to do anything after doing legs, therefore those are done alone on one day. I suggest doing one bodypart a week. You may want to do back alone and extend the others to another day, such as bi's and tri's together. This way, it will make it 5 days instead of 4. It may look something like this:
yeah i do my legs in the morning and i do my back later that day. i admit its a rough day but i seem to like it. ....3 days off seems alot . i have one day off..am i overtraining>?
