IS IT MORE BENEFICIAL TO DO CARDIO BEFORE OR AFTER LIFTING?
Think about that for a minute....... OK, now that you've thought... AFTER..... If you do it before, the first 20 minutes or so is spent burning the sugar out of your blood, then you start tapping fat stores... Then when you are done, and used up all your energy, how do you intend to fuel lifting and push your muscles?
YEAH UR RIGHT SORRY ABOUT THAT ONE-LOL
Hey guys, I have a quick qestion about my cardio training. Im 21 6'1" 280lbs. and trying to cut down my bf%. I have just started doing cardio 2 times a day 30 min each time. I also have a clean diet just eggs whites, protein powder, chiken salad, and fruit. Will this help of hurt my goal of cutting bf%
It's a total package deal my friend... At the most basic level, your calories burned per day, need to exceed your intake..... So you have to figure that out based on portion sizes etc.... Cardio twice a day is definitely good. I'd recommend you do the first session before breakfast and the 2nd post lifting.....
Thanks bro, Ive been doing like ya said before breakfast and after my workout thanks for the info.
I'd cut out the fruit......it's high in natural sugars.....
PS how's it going so far?
Well its coming along pretty well lose a few lbs. this week. Just a pain running 2x's on leg day:( , other then that not bad...
