I've heard from different people that if you're going to run, it is best to do so in the morning. I'm looking to build more mass but also cut myself more. How much more does running in the morning help opposed to running 3 or 4 hours before lifting in the afternoon?

thnx.

Once you decide what you want more, mass OR cuts, we will talk further. Can't have both all at once bro.

Run in the am on an empty stomach helps MUCH more than running during the day when your glucose/glycogen levels are elevated.... Also, running PRIOR to weight / resistance training will deplete your glycogen stores, not allowing for you to work the target muscle groups as hard as they should be worked.
