Yo Brothers!
Years ago...about 8, I used the Phase I system. I got great results. I loved the booklet.

I am cutting up now and wanted to know what the old Cybergenics bodybuilding system's training looked like - any ideas? I know it was six days on, one off or something.

Thanks!

I use to work with two guys who modled for there adds in M&F.
All the before and after pics were anywere from 5/10 yrs apart. Not 8/12 wks like they claimed.

So i never took the shit seriously. But if it worked for U go for it.

If i remember correctly the training was the key to the program. It was something like:

Legs

1)pick a weight you fail around 10 reps
2)Squat to failure
3)drop half weight
4)Squat AMAP to failure
5)Jump Squats to failure
6)Squats to failure (no weight)

7)Rest for 2 min then repeat 2-4 sets??
then

Extensions

1)weight you fail around 10
2)drop half weight
3)to fail
2-4 sets

Then Curls and Claves the same way.

Thats the leg work out.

The basic principle is intensity and constant muscle failure.

Not sure if that helps.

Thanks Bro

Yep - remember those jumping squats. Anyone do those in the gym?!!!

Anyone have the rest. I am pretty sure it was just also based on giant and drop sets.

How did the split look?

Thanks - Later!
