Hey bro,

Last cut I did was the most successful ever. I used a carb cycling method for my diet http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/par30.htm

CUT AND PASTE THAT INTO YOUR BROWSER.....if you try it for 2 weeks I think you'll be very please, I didn't lose hardly any muscle and only did cardio MAYBE 2x week. I am currently doing the same thing now. Anyway, best of luck and feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

I have a slightly different view on this subject. He's around 185 and at 12% bodyfat. I personally don't think a big diet is the way to go. He seems to be doing something right to be at that percentage. A massive change in his diet and lifestyle seems over kill to me.

Why make things hard if you don't have to?

If it were me I would simply wake up half an hour earlier in the morning and strap on my jogging shoes. A simple 30 min jog before breakfast will get him right down to the weight he is seeking. Ok not zero percent, unless he gets hit by a car while jogging, but the 8 - 10 percent range easily.

I'd bet he'd get there in less than a month, and he wouldn't have to change his whole lifestyle to do it.
