I have the most hellacious back pumps I have ever experienced. It is almost to the point that squating/deadlifting is a losing proposition. Any tips/tricks out there to deal with this? (Other than dropping the oral from cycle)
Turine (not sure if that is spelled right). Also increase H2O, and stay well hydrated. Orval's can be a bitch to work with
DIET- make sure ur eating super clean, when I eat junk wit Dbol or drol it fucks my back
WATER- minimum 1 gallon preferably 2
STRETCH- 15-30 mins a day
TAURINE- 2-5g Ed
As pit mentioned Taurine 3-6 grams a day
pottassium 1500+ mgs a day
1-1.5 gallons water
stretching.
Never personnelly dealt with back pumps , have seen where others have had some success with the above supplements
Great advice guys, thanks. I have definitely increased my water intake to the 1.5-2 gallon range, and my diet is "relatively" clean. I'm going to incorporate the stretching and the taurine asap. Will let you guys know how it works out.
I fucking hate these, got some terrible ones with some phs. Never again. Upped the taurine to around 1g and they went away.
Nice, yeah my back pump from this methadrol run are significantly more intense than those I experienced with DBOL. Adding the Taurine today.
You should be feeling better in no time! If it's not the taurine deficiency, it's related to electrolyte balance perhaps.

Distinct possibility on the electrolytes. Started Taurine today, tomorrow is a leg day so I'm really hoping for some relief.
Good luck bro
God you guys are full of great advice. I hit the taurine at 2G yesterday, lots of water, and some stretching. Had a killer squat day, and while the back pumps were still present, they were greatly reduced

Great to hear bro, it's those types of results and input from bros that make these communities so great.
Read in another post that it was one of the best leg workouts in recent memory for ya, keep at dawg!
