I guess that really depends on the supplier. But for the most part your right.
100mgs of cyp does not mean 100 mgs of test. You would be very suprised as to how many people don't know that.

Then if they have cyp dosed at 250 mg/ml and its only 70mg/ml what makes up the rest???
