I hit both of these records yesterday and today! My last attempt at PR's were 3 weeks ago. My bench was only 285 for 1, but now its 315 for 1 and 305 for 2! (This is STILL with a sore shoulder.)

Squats 3 weeks ago were at 365 for 1, and today they were 405 for 1.

Current weight is 177.0 lbs, i'm 5'9" with estimated body fat around 8-9%.

I am on British Dragon Test E (old batch) taking 1g of test per week. This is 7 weeks into cycle.

On week 1 of cycle, I was only benching 225 for 2-3 reps, and squatting 275 for 5 reps. I squat 315 for 10 last week and was benching 225 for 12, 12, and 12 last week as well.

Man, these are some solid numbers! It's a testament to you hard work. What are you shooting for by the end of your cycle?

Im shooting for a healed shoulder lol. Im still suffering from a shoulder injury from 3 weeks ago. As of this week, i've met all my goals, so whatever comes along will just be fun. I plan on starting a cycle of Havoc (running it as a back end) starting in a week and a half. Havoc should lean me up and help put another 8lbs of mass or so on me on top of my test gains. Havoc is a dry compound, a prohormone, also known as Epistane. I am going to be one ripped, vascular, son of a bitch in a few weeks.

What was your starting weight? Havoc as a cutter? I've always had good results with Halo-plex. Really hardens everything up and was easier on my body than Havoc. Good numbers keep us posted.
