I'd say with a fair degree of certainty if you already have even the mildest gyno or puffy nips you are most likely predisposed to it. I've had a small pea size lump and some puffiness since puberty and I am veryyyy careful about having nolva and backup AI's around because I can get a flare up on pretty much a cruise dose if I'm not careful.

Glad to hear things are looking better for you though GS, Nolva is the SHIT for gyno. Always keep some you know is legit around, even if its just ten tabs or so. I can go from a bit puffy to looking even better than before the flareup in just a few days at 20mg.

Fun fact: Some studies I've read indicate 10mg tamoxifen is 90+% as effective at preventing breast tissue growth as doses as high as 40mg. The stuff is strong, I've had success even with 10mg EOD or less, it also seems to affect my libido a bit so I try to stay as low as possible when I need it.

Update: I've been aggressive with the nolvadex (20mg/day) and Aromasin (12mg/day), and things look MUCH better, thanks again guys. This was a lesson to me to be very careful about your research chems, and just because you have never had gyno on previous cycles, doesn't mean it won't pop up when you least expect it!

Excellent brother, RS for the win 🤗

Aromasin > arimidex?

Same for me. Aromasin is a suicidal-type inhibitor, which means it binds to the aromatase enzyme and destroys it. Arimidex just sticks to it and makes sure it doesn't bind to testosterone for the time being. Always aromasin for me.

Misread that. British Dragon and Dragon Pharma are good. Most of our sponsors have good aromasin too.

You may or may not have heard of Gynexin, A pill formula claiming to be the alternative to gyno surgery. I read up on the supp when I contracted a hefty case of gyno long ago when the "gear force" wasn't strong in me. Long story short, it actually worked and im some what of a skeptical SOB. It does take time so don't think a bottle or two will do the trick. You also need to be clear of any gear or supps that may interfere. If you have recently caught a case or puffy from birth, check them out.
