ok wife wants me to get on legit doctor trt. i have a endo doc who believes in 700-800 levels and said if mine were low it would be no problem. i'm doing 300mg test e per week so if i quit in 4 weeks levels should be low, but wont he be able to tell from blood work i was on something? i want to take my last blood work showing 976 test levels in and be honest. what do you guys think?
FWIW, I had the same situation. I took blood work with me to my yearly physical (which had an 1100 level on 250mg/wk) and told him exactly what my protocol was. I basically told him that I was going to continue but wanted to do so under his supervision and he was cool with it - actually gave me a scrip that could be refilled for one 10ml vial per month and told me to try lowering (or raising if needed) the dosage to hit the sweet spot.
Frankly, I think he respected the fact that I leveled with him rather than trying to pull one over on him - Docs aren't dumb.

A good trt doc can be hard to find. If your endo thinks you should be at 7-800 than going in for blood work after you know what youve been running has cleared will show that your test is far below that. I have saved tons of studies and paperwork backing up how to run a proper trt including test ,hcg ,and an AI. If you would like this info Ill scan it and email it to you. At the same time like the previous poster mentioned if your endo is cool just shoot straight with him and you may be just fine. If you do want studies backing up the use of HCG and ann AI just shoot me a PM and Ill set you up. To address the issue of your doc knowing you were on unless you tell him he only has the lab numbers to go off of and if there low it would suggest you havent been on anything,
If you bottom out you test to your natty levels it's best so your doc has a baseline established. If you feel inclined to disclose you history you may do so but be forewarned he will enter this info into your medical records and if there is some health problems in the future insurance companies are quick to deny coverage because of this. A doc who believes in a 7-800 test level is somewhat rare and I wouldn't start out by putting questions in his head that aren't already there. They cannot "tell" if you have used in the past by regular lab work, you will be fine.
Damn that is one awesome doc. I tested at 300 ish (at 27) and she did nit start me on trt until I've dipped down to 200.. at the ripe age of 28!
Doc would not know if you had been on cycle my normal blood work as someone as already stated. Just stop using for 3 to 4 weeks and go get blood work done.
I went in crashed (77ng/dl) and told them I was on TRT before. Said I needed 200mg weekly and I walked out 5 minutes later with my script.
