2c skim milk
3c brown rice
1c oats
2.5c pasta
2c sweet potato
done and done, little short from 603 since I get little carbs in eggs and broccoli

How's that 93 protein
quick guesstimation. If you use the hood brand milk it's closer to 90 or so, regular milk probably somewhere along 70-80

4 cupswhole milk
2 bananas
3 egg whites
1/3 cup pb
3 tbs sugar/dextrose
2 tbs cocoa powder
2 tbs cherry jam
Blend together and enjoy 100 gr of carbs, 93 gr protein, 36 gr of fat and 800 calories. If you want less protein to fit your macros just leave out the egg whites or substitute some of the whole milk for full flavored cream.
