That seems excessive to me...sounds like you might be overtraining. Then again, you say you're bigger than you've ever been. Different things work for different people.

If you're bigger than you've ever been, whats the problem?

How long have you been lifting 7 days a week for? Sounds like you have great recovery time but watch for signs of overtraining.

I was reading your post getting my answer all formulated in my head, then I came to your last sentence. It really sounds like an 'if it's not broke, don't fix it' situation.

When the gains stop, it will be time to change it up.

didnt mean to make it sound like a problem. it just confuses the hell out of me. i would think i should be getting tired or something. but when i get home i dont feel like i did anything. i like having that feeling like im to sore to do anything, i dont know im a little jaded i quess. i was lifting 4 times a week then stopped getting sore so i increased the days untill i got to 7 after that i increased the amount of times i go a day. im just wondering why my body has been acting retarded all of a sudden

7 days a week on upper body? damn
You should post your routine for us bro.
I'm sure if you aren't doing much leg work then that's what will be recommended in the advice you will get. The only time i get sore for more than a day is when I work my legs heavy, squats and deadlifts.

No offense, but that is the dumbest shit Ive ever heard. You want a solution to being the biggest youve ever been? The solution would be stop training and eating right. If your training and not getting sore and growing then more power to ya,i wish I had those genes. Im sore as hell after every single workout. Keep training that way until the gains stop-there is your real solution.

IMO-You're training WAAAY too much. If you're not getting sore its probably because your intensity sucks. Go one leg day with me and I guarantee you wont be able to walk for a week.

You're body needs rest to grow my friend. Just cause you're not sore doesnt mean you're not causing trauma to your body and it needs time to recoop.
I would love to see your routine.

BTW-Guys that solely lift for girls are FUCKING PUSSIES. Sorry but the truth is you're not going to gain any respect from any hardcore guys when they see you training upper body all week long. And let me tell you brotha having 18" arms and 10 inch calves IS NOT appealing to anyone. It looks fucking ridiculous.

Your not lifting enough. Yeah having 18' arm does kind of look top heavy.

you are not training your legs???? Do you realise that the legs make up for 60% of the body??? You are going to look so unbalanced and without doing squats excuse me for saying this but you will end up with a flat ass and trust me this is very unattractive from a girls point of view, which by the way is who you are training to impress!
Do it for yourself not for anybody else and get in there and train like a man! Get under the squat rack.............would you believe that squats are an all over growth exercise?
I cannot believe I am reading this!

DOMS doesn't mean a whole lot. You take part in a lot of extra cardiovascular activity, and that's most likely why you aren't getting sore.

My advice, is you have a lot of reading to do. Training that much, just because you don't get sore is not beneficial. The only reason you have got away with it so far is because you're young.
