7 FUCKING DAYS A WEEK??!!And your NOT getting sore??Then your not training. Try lifting the wieghts at the OTHER end of the rack kid. I dont care how old you are or how good your genes are, training 2 times a day, 7 days a week means your spending more time ogling youself in the mirror and hiding your high-school hard-on from every chick that jumps on a treadmill. If you really had even half a clue on what your doin right in there, 7 days a week training will SHUT YOU DOWN!!!!And dude, how do you expect to grow if you don't train the OTHER half of your body? You really think chicks dig guys with a huge upper body while there legs look like they've been wheelchair bound for 20 years? You lift for chicks then you don't even belong in a gym.

My lower body use to be the only thing that grew when I was lifting in high school, my upper body has basically always remained the same until now. But anyways 2 months ago (about the same time I hurt my knee on a stupid pot hole) I got a call from one of my old coaches who encouraged me to walk on a college football team after the military as a long snapper. So I was going to start working on my lower body again but the army base I'm on has only 1 squat rack and the people there welded the things that hold the bar to high for me to use the leg press is usually broken (but I think its fixed now) and there might be enough room for use the hex bar at night time when its more empty.... Other then that the gym has all of the other leg machines. Can anyone help me make a program for my legs with the limited options I have, I move in about 3 months so after that I can start using squat again.

Oh yeah I must have some black in my family cause my ass is naturally good

i would pay for a membership to another gym but i leave in about 3 months and anyplace down here will only sell a year membership. I'm on an army base and army gyms suck so when i get to my air force base it will be all yeah good.
