Yea I do them a few times a month. THey really hit your tri's hard. I use it on chest/tri day as my last exercise and it just rips the shit out of the tris.

My personal opinion is that this exercise is the King of triceps mass and power. It incorporates the best of the bench press and the triceps extension. It, is at least to me one serious mass building exercise which builds not only the mass but the power to assist your regular bench presses.

i like doing them.. the only thing i hate is getting the bar off of the rack.. it's puts a ton of strain on my wrists..
