Nice article, DarkSide. I used to love doing abs, but, I have not trained them in a long, long time. Honestly, they look as good as they did when I used to do 3-4 ab specific workouts a week. I am convinced that if you are doing heavy weight, complex movement exercises (deads, squats, barbell lunges etc) there is no need to target train your abs. Also, maintain a relatively low BF to see the results of your hard work.
