I got it from the max muscle over here but it's made by Allmax, bbing.com and places like that carry it as does vitamin shoppe. I get it for like 30 bucks.

Mountaindogdiet.com I can't disclose the details of my workouts as whoever trains wit John knows that's the deal. That's why he gets paid the big bucks. By far the most intense insane workouts I've ever done

TRAINED ARMS
Vbar pressdown superset DB curls
Bench dips superset barbell curls
Incline skullcrushers superset reverse curls
Machine crunch superset leg raises
20 min sprints

Meal 4 INTRA
50g Karbolyn
20g extend
10g creatine

Meal 5
8 oz free range chicken
1 cup rice
4 oz pineapple

Meal 6
50g hydrowhey

My favorite fuckin day LEG DAY!! Purely love hate relationship...

10 minute run wit my dog

Meal 1
6 free range eggs
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 pc Ezekiel toast

Meal 2
8 oz free range chicken
1 cup rice
1 tbsp coconut oil

Meal 3
55g isoflex
Blueberries, peaches, pineapple

TRAINED LEGS
lying leg curls
Banded leg press
Smith lunges superset smith squats
Leg extensions
Stiff leg deads
Standing calf raise
Seated calf raise

Meal 4 INTRA
50g karbolyn
20g aminos
10g creatine

Meal 5
55g isoflex
10 oz pineapple

Meal 6
Sushi (A LOT!!!)

Stretched for 20 mins after training just to nauseous to walk..
