If you're pretty good at cooking, this girl turns out some delicious food with good macros. Most have recipes. I've actually served some of these on home-cooking dates/for friends and they go down well too!

I really like to experiment with omelets. It seems like there's infinite possibilities. I really like loaded it down with veggies and ham. Oh, and cheese.

Yeah, omlettes are awesome. A lot of options.

As far as healthy recipes, I don't have many. Mostly cook chicken and fish. It never gets boring when you sriracha sauce. That stuff is awesome on everything if you like a little kick.

My wife makes a really good tofu peanut butter pie. I'll have to find the recipe and post it. Tastes like the real thing. The crust is made of crushed peanuts, it's topped w fat free sugar free whip cream, and she drizzles sugar free jello pudding on it as if were a chocolate dressing.

I also like to put the oreo cookie Atkins bars in the freezer and eat those for dessert.
