Titles says it all, I'm a pretty good cook but lack the recipes for the good cutting and bulking meals, I know eggs/chicken/salmon etc etc I want you to share your dinner recipes and such, makes it easier for me 😀

If you're pretty good at cooking, this girl turns out some delicious food with good macros. Most have recipes. I've actually served some of these on home-cooking dates/for friends and they go down well too!
I really like to experiment with omelets. It seems like there's infinite possibilities. I really like loaded it down with veggies and ham. Oh, and cheese.

got quite few we use
Baked oatmeal-
Take one of those 10" regtangular glassware dishes
4-cups whole grain oats
3-4 scoops vanilla protein ppowder
1/2 cup almond milk
Strawberries/bblueberries
Packet or 2 Splenda
bake it for 35-45 mins your good to go
change the fruit up, add yogurt, top it with cinnamon, maple syrup for some variations.

Yeah, omlettes are awesome. A lot of options.
As far as healthy recipes, I don't have many. Mostly cook chicken and fish. It never gets boring when you sriracha sauce. That stuff is awesome on everything if you like a little kick.
My wife makes a really good tofu peanut butter pie. I'll have to find the recipe and post it. Tastes like the real thing. The crust is made of crushed peanuts, it's topped w fat free sugar free whip cream, and she drizzles sugar free jello pudding on it as if were a chocolate dressing.
I also like to put the oreo cookie Atkins bars in the freezer and eat those for dessert.
Sweet snack- for those "munchies" lol
graham cracker sandwich- sugar free whip cream , peanut butter/ or sugar free jelly.
Keep em in the freezer, there ready when you are.
