4 eggs
1 cup of oats
1/4 cup almonds

2 scoops whey

Breakfast:
~60g protein shake

Lunch:
3x 4oz. tilapia filets
2 cups of brown rice
1.5g BCAA

Dinner this evening:
16 oz 93/7 lean beef
2 cups brown rice
1 cup onions
1/4 cup cilantro

Before bed:
30g protein shake

I'll probably eat some oreos at some point, I fucking love oreos.

Meal 1: 2 scoops of Iso100 and 1 cup of berries.

Meal 2: Egg omelet (2 yolk,6 whites)w/ Turkey ham and fat-free cheese, Oatmeal(1 cup) and 1tbsp of N. Peanut Butter.

Meal 3: 8oz Chicken breast and small baked potato

Meal 4: 6oz Chicken breast w/1 cup of white rice.

Meal 5: 8oz of Lean Steak, 1 cup of Whole Grain Cheerios.

Meal 6: 8oz of Tilapia and 6 asparagus spears.

Meal 7: 1 scoop of Casein Protein, 1 scoop of Iso 100 and 1/2 cup of non salted cashews or Almonds.

After workout: 2 scoops of Iso100 w/12 oz of Gatorade.

Alright so I've been cutting but not hitting my protein minimums and ive lost alot of mass so this is tomorrows meal is this normal for cutting?
10 tbs egg whites
12 oz chicken breasts
3 oz ground turkey
3 oz.turkey.sausage
1 cup onion
1 cup green peppers
1/4 cup.sharp.cheddar
Store bought protein shake with 30g protein..
Thats it, . And im only.at 190grams of protein and i weigh 209 .. im trying to drop my body fat down under 20%
And im at 23% my last 3 cycles of havoc put me up to 220 but more.fat than muscle cuz i didnt k.ow how to.eat.
Calories.are only at about 1400..

6oz shrip 4 oz whole grain pasta

Chicken tit 4 oz whole grain pasta

Protein Shake

#1 Cream of wheat with 30g peanut butter chocolate whey Iso + probitotic

#2 Spinach and turkey bacon egg white omelet (!0eggwhites) + Multi and 3g of fish oil

#3 handful of almonds, 1 med apple, 1 can of tuna + Cycle assit and Animal Flex

#4 8oz chicken breast and a spinach, arugula, carrot, greak yogurt, blueberrie and celery protien smoothie + digestive enzyme + 3g fish oil and vit C

...... and now to eat my preworkout meal chopped sweet potato with scrabbled ground turkey and eggwhites. + Potassium and vitamin C

I really do. I need to fit that in somehow. With work being hectic, its easier to just make stuff that can all fit in one container. I could probably add in some peppers and onion in my pasta/meat combo
