Meal 1: 2 scoops of Iso100 and 1 cup of berries.
Meal 2: Egg omelet (2 yolk,6 whites)w/ Turkey ham and fat-free cheese, Oatmeal(1 cup) and 1tbsp of N. Peanut Butter.
Meal 3: 8oz Chicken breast and small baked potato
Meal 4: 6oz Chicken breast w/1 cup of white rice.
Meal 5: 8oz of Lean Steak, 1 cup of Whole Grain Cheerios.
Meal 6: 8oz of Tilapia and 6 asparagus spears.
Meal 7: 1 scoop of Casein Protein, 1 scoop of Iso 100 and 1/2 cup of non salted cashews or Almonds.
After workout: 2 scoops of Iso100 w/12 oz of Gatorade.
Alright so I've been cutting but not hitting my protein minimums and ive lost alot of mass so this is tomorrows meal is this normal for cutting?
