Hey guys. I didn't exactly just join up and I've met a few of you already but I just wanted to say hello to the whole crew. I've been bodybuilding for about 3 years now and I'm looking forward to my first competition next year and looking forward to my first cycle of AAS. Anyways, glad to be here. 😀

I'll probably end up in the heavy light, short men category. As far as I can tell. I'm about 5'6" and once I'm contest ready I'll be about 190lbs, leaned out. I'm about 185 right now but I'm also at least 16% bodyfat so I look fluffy right now.

Welcome bro! One year is definitely enough time for that cut! 190lbs lean and dry at 5'6 would be excellent for your first competition! Looking forward to seeing you around here.
