thnx for the invite heavyiron.i don't post much over at ironmag but am a huge part of the bodybuilding community forums.in fact too many and had to start selecting the ones that give me the most info with the least drama.place looks like an excellent forum for one to learn and that's what i look for.to learn,teach and share experience.glad to be here...

Rocco I definitely good people!!!thnx bass.always been a good brother to me.had my back a few times on the drama boards.as long as i know people like bass are on here i know it's a good board to be on...always good to see you on any board bass...
