Hey Jdevil,
with twice a week arms work out, try to separate them like 1 wo on Monday and the second one on Friday or so.
I also use training technique like twice a day.
I go solid, heavy, strict form, full r.o.m and lot of t.u.t in the morning, eat like a pig and sleep 2-3h and on the late evening like 2h b4 bed time, I perform the same exercises but in superset fashion (1 of bi's and 1 of tri's) but make it a race to 100. let say I use biceps curls and keep the same ez-bar and perform skull cruHer, I'll go lighter than on my first workout but go to failure with every ex of my super set like 23ez-bar curl, fail then switch to skull cruHer and crank as many reps as possible, when unable to complete another skull reps, switch back to ez curls...
I can do 2 supersets of 100 with exercises from my morning workout.
When doing twice a week, I try to take different exercises, change the angles and pieces of equipments. (From standing ez-bar curl to incline db etc...)
Keep us posted with your results brother and good luck.
Sly.
