We all know that train, eat and rest is a good start in any bodybuilder tool box!
If you feel like you need it, I really want to go to the next level and get more involve on the board so, here’s a reply of an answer to a bro who just pm me yesterday about meal plan info’s:

Shoot me all the info like stats ( H,W and BF) how long you train, what's your training split look alike, cycle you're running, age and goal.
Also, let me know if you have any particular issues with your health in general and some of your medical historic.
I know it's a lot but I'm usually spending more than 1h on private with new customer!
Take care brother.
Ps: depending on where you live, some nutritional products might be different or unavailable, we'll work around.

I’ll be happy to help, since nutrition is a big part in the way you’ll be looking, I feel like some bro out there are a little short on it...
Don’t forget that I’m a French Canadian and my English writing skills isn’t where it should so... it might take a little longer than what I want to answer you back but I will read every questions and answer to everyone.
You can go pm if you want to stay anonymous and I’ll answer you pm too but if I feel like the board community can get some benefits out of it, I’ll also put the answer on the nutrition forum (hiding your id of course)

See you all!

I also want you guys to keep in mind that in order to look great, you must be smart. I remember a customer who was just unable to put some serious meet on his frame. After a quick look at what he was doing, I realize that muscular gain was almost impossible, damn dude; he was playing ice hockey 3 times a week, 90min badminton on Monday night and 2x 60milles of bicycle each week!!!
He was single and feels like muscle will bring him a harem of horny women! He was in the gym 4-5 times a week but had already spent most of his ingested calories on other physical activities than bodybuilding...
Level of activity must be considerate when you work on your meal plan. Lack of sleep and lack of good quality calories is really gona slow down your progression.

This is great man, thanks for this.

Im 30 years old, 6ft tall, 22-25% body fat. I want to lose a lot of fat down to at least 12 or 15% in 10 weeks. Right now I train 4 days a week 1 to 1.5 hours on weights and 30 minutes of low intensity treadmill. I will be switching to 3 days a week in 2 weeks to a strength training 5x5 program. my new progran will look like this.

Monday-
-squats
-bench
-dead lifts
-bicept work
-grip strength work
-30-45 minutes low intensity cardio

Wednesday-
-squats
-bench
-BB rows
-back work
-ab work
-30-45 minutes low intensity cardio

Friday-
-squats
-bench
-overhead press
-tricept work
-shoulder work
-30-45 minutes low intensity cardio

Ive been trying to carb cycle but havnt been doing so great with the low carb thing. I do lose weight but not as fast as I would like and also makes me crave carbs so much that it sets me up for failure.

In the last 3 months I have stayed the same weight but lost 2-3% BF according to my omron BF analyzer.

Tell me what you think and thanks for the help.

Forgot to say im 265lbs.

Ok bro, on my way to bday party with my 4 years old boy. Be back home around 4pm and get back to you.
Just have some questions for you:
-what your daily food intakes look like (sample)
-are you on gear right now? (PCT included)
-what sup you're taking right now, which one you've try in the past, those who work and those who won’t change a shit on your body.
Talk later brother.

Low carb day-

1-2 gallons of water per day

5Am-4 tbsp egg white, 1cup spinach, 4oz chicken sausage.

8Am-2 scoops whey. 40G protein/220 calories/ 8carbs and string cheese

1130am-6oz lean meat chicken or lean beef, string cheese, salad with low carb dressing

2Pm- same as 1130 or another shake and cheese

5Pm- 6-10oz lean meat and broccoli

7pm- Weights and cardio with another shake post work out with in 30 minutes of leaving the gym

Carb up days are fairly the same but I have 2 servings of oats for breakfast with 1 cup berries and splenda. I will also add in 1 cup brown rice and 1 sweet potatoe in the day. I put olive oil spread and splenda on the sweet potatoe.

I am finishing up a cycle of test 500mgs a week and winstrol 100 mgs a day, im in last two weeks. Pct will be clomid and aromasin, AI is formeron (formestane).

Next week I will be starting ghrp-6 and cjc no dac 100mcgs each 3 x a day

Ive tried clen and t3 for a few weeks but dont like the clen and not sure if t3 is legit.

Everyday I take multi vitamin, NAC, milk thistle, asprin, fish oil, vitamin c, hawthorn berry, potassium, psyllium husk. Caffeine pills help my hunger and I havnt tried a whole lot other than this.

I work 40-60 hours a week with physical labor, and get an average or 6 hours of sleep per night.

I also weighed 330lbs a year ago now at 265. My fat loss is going slow since then. The way I lost most of it was doing a 60 fresh veggie juice fast. I have sustained it by working hard in the gym.

Thanks for the help this is awesome!
