Was supposed to be my day off. But I went and did calves.
Today was my first day back in 7 weeks, was out with back issues. Did seated cable rows, guillotine bench press, corner presses, barbell curls, over head triceps extensions. Friday will be leg day.
MY gym exp today was watching the olympics and drinking caprisons 🙂
