Today was my first day back in 7 weeks, was out with back issues. Did seated cable rows, guillotine bench press, corner presses, barbell curls, over head triceps extensions. Friday will be leg day.

It was a high light between events.he walked away after a little bit.strong dood.when the bar hit the back of his neck you could see it flex.drove him to the ground.shit looks crazy.
