Yes, it has a great name. The question is: who's tried it (or knows someone who has?). It'd be great to see some experiences or opinions on how it works, as well as who it's best for.
It is a great program. Tried it for almost a year. Just not enough volume fore me so I switched to Mountaindog. As far as body type it is def fit for more Ecto/Meso. The decreased volume and increased intensity fits that metabolism well. I loved beating the log book. One thing to remember is you are bodybuilding not powerlifting. As Dante says make sure you are doing the exercise correct with maximum focus on the muscle being worked. Not just moving the weight. People often get caught up wit just moving more weight, the goal is to push/pull more weight wit the targeted muscle
I have done it for years, consider myself to be a DC Disciple. Anyone need help, pm me. Only thing I ask is do the program as written or don't say you're doing DC.
I have done DC and variations of it. Very motivating and intense. Beating the log book always sets a goal especially on a blast. I think the program is great if you mirror it to a 10 week AAS blast but after that you are completely spent so I personally need a break after 10 weeks. However, I have known quite a few guys that have had injuries on DC training so you have to be VERY careful when beating the log book to keep form strict. Overall its one of many tools. I prefer volume training myself.

There is DC, if you do a variation it's not DC anymore. Also, the program is designed so that as you get fried you take time off to heal and get your mind ready for the next blast. You can get hurt doing the program, but that applies to any program not just DC.
Spoken like a true disciple ^^^ =)

Next week I'll be kicking of my second DC blast. IMO Its a great program.
DC put 90 pounds of muscle on me in 6 years, assisted but still 90 pounds.

I trained as hard as possible but the key was not missing a single meal for over 5 years. When my wife and I first started dating I even took my food with us on dates, she got to the point where she would even ask if I had my "date" cooler because I bought a special one just for our dates that was smaller then my daily one.
I also ran some very heavy cycles and started in a pretty bad state due to not training for quite a long time after my first wife passed away.
I am in love with DC! If you think 3 days a week isn't enough, your not pushing yourself to your limits on the days that you are in there. The stretches have really helped with defining my quads, and the program has allowed me to blowout any personal best that I have ever had in the past by reps! It ain't a beach body workout, but if you want to get big then DC is what you need to read up on. I am very fortunate to have a teacher and a friend who goes by the name of Anabolic5150 guide me and motivate me through this. I cannot wait to things get settled on my side, and Anabolic always has to remind me that DC will always be there ha ha. I just so excited about it I get caught up in emotions.
Thanks again Anabolic for everything you have taught me and showed me through my DC sessions. Very blessed to have someone like you looking over me while doing this...
Ez, thank you! I'm happy to help you with anything you need Brother!!
