Meal 1:
10 whole eggs pan fried
2 pieces of toast
4 strips of maple bacon

Meal 2:
2 4oz tilapia filets
1 cup peaches

Meal 3:
1lb of 80/20 Ground meat
2 cups of steamed rice
1 baked potato

3451 calories
176g fat
272g carbs
222g protein

I was RRREEEALLY hungry today.

So far

7 eggs
1 cup of oats
1/4 cup almonds

2 scoops whey
1/2 cup oats

8oz steak
1 cup of rice
1/2 cup of peas

Ita only 12ish now tho. Still have 3 more meals.

How the hell do you eat 10 pan fired eggs in one sitting? I could never eat that many at once, and I eat a lot of food.

It's a lot easier when they're scrambled or in omelette form IMO.
Also depends if you're using medium/large/XL/jumbo eggs, jumbo is almost twice as large as medium.

Lunch: 12oz baked tilapia filets, broccoli, celery, and a protein shake (full fat milk) to wash it down.
No breakfast, I'm cutting at the moment. High protein and veggies (with some fat later on) and no breakfast keep me full best.

Because I'm a beast? Lol
I just scramble them and dig in and don't get me wrong it's a lot of food but.. Im ravenous in the morning.
