You know I was always a chicken and turkey guy.no beef but I read a thread and the guys said if you want to grow get some beef.so this cycle I am eating beef to.trying to gain right now so when I add tren I will be ready.

Bulk - pork steaks. Highest ratio of protein per gram of any meat.
cut - fish, chicken, fish, fish, cans of tuna, fish
cheat- haven't cheated in a while but I could really go for an italian style steak and cheese sub or some pizza
My macros pretty much stay the same no matter what phase im in, just the amount of calories I eat changes. I am really carb sensitive so if I go over 15% carbs I put on fat in a bulk, or can't lose as fast as I want in a cut.

Bulk- 80/20 ground beef, top sirloin steak, cube steak, potatoes, ravioli (homemade not that canned shit), huge cuts of turkey, and milk.
Cut- beef, poultry, veggies
Cheat- fucking cookies man.. Those god damn cookies.
