First off, thanks for having me. I'm 5'9", right now I weight in about 208-211 with around 15 to 17% BF. I am a new member who wants to learn a little more about the game and who to trust with questions. I've only ran a couple times, right now being the end of my third. I'm not much of a talker, but I'll pipe up and post when I feel the need. PLEASE, I love learning from experience, that's why I'm hear, so feel free to correct me or message me anytime.
