I don't want anyone to think that I just judge and am mean to everyone in the gym. I'm actually a really friendly guy hence why I have so many friends in the gym. Also I definitely don't criticize people who are clearly new and still learning. I'm more referring to the jackasses who have been "working out" for months and still do this unorthodox, hardass, I'm the shit everyone watch me jump around and punch the air kind of "workout". Nah when I see new guys it makes me excited for them and I love when they're like man you look amazing what do I have to do to look like that. Nothing is better than that. Haha.

Ahh.. I just can't wait to know that feeling.

I just like watching to see who hurts himself next. It'll be guy who preacher curls way too much weight, guy who rotates his shoulders in a circle when shoulder shrugging, or 3 inch range of motion bench presser next. I hope it's 3" bench presser next...
