Seated calf.My legs are feeling alot better lately. They suffered for awile, I hurt my back and the heat was brutal. So I was doing squats one week leg press next. Back is feeling 100% g2g. So I did both leg press and squat today together. They are alot more cut than they look, but they are super white.

I added a ml of TNE to my standard ml of RMALL prop this morning, and did Romanian deadlifts @ 275 lbs until I couldn't hold the bar anymore. Smile on my face, and a boner the whole time.
