Fuck I have the calves of an 8yr old boy. I used to just do standing calf raises sometimes on leg day. My wife made fun of my calves. So for the past three months i have been doing calves three times a week, with random shit I had to invent in my gym. ie we have NOTHING for calves. So I made an elevated wood platform and got inventive. One day I will have the calves of the fucking incredible hulk. I love my wife she can honestly tell me I have the calves of a child.
Now I shall eat,get high, and sleep some more.

Have you tried Emergen C? They sell em at Wal Mart. I used to get horrible back pumps and headaches in the heat. One or two of these a day and they went away.

My legs are feeling alot better lately. They suffered for awile, I hurt my back and the heat was brutal. So I was doing squats one week leg press next. Back is feeling 100% g2g. So I did both leg press and squat today together. They are alot more cut than they look, but they are super white.
