Flat bench,incline,cable flies.
Military press and lateral raises.

Sunday the day of rest.

My day looked like the following

Ate

Got high/ surfed the net

Slept. (got an hour and a half this time!)

Gym Calves today

Standing calf
Leg press machine for calves
Seated calf raise on smith machine

Fuck I have the calves of an 8yr old boy. I used to just do standing calf raises sometimes on leg day. My wife made fun of my calves. So for the past three months i have been doing calves three times a week, with random shit I had to invent in my gym. ie we have NOTHING for calves. So I made an elevated wood platform and got inventive. One day I will have the calves of the fucking incredible hulk. I love my wife she can honestly tell me I have the calves of a child.

Now I shall eat,get high, and sleep some more.

God I FUCKING LUV Sunday.

Have you tried Emergen C? They sell em at Wal Mart. I used to get horrible back pumps and headaches in the heat. One or two of these a day and they went away.

Tues the day of Blah.........

Legs

Squats
Leg Press
Standing calf
Calf on Leg press
Seated calf.

My legs are feeling alot better lately. They suffered for awile, I hurt my back and the heat was brutal. So I was doing squats one week leg press next. Back is feeling 100% g2g. So I did both leg press and squat today together. They are alot more cut than they look, but they are super white.

3 sets Skull-Crushers
3 sets ^ Bar Pushdowns

4 sets Wide-Grip Barbell Curls
